Hi guys,

Anyone know where I can get a fuel cap that will fit my disco 1 fairly quickly or anyone local to beds/bucks have one spare?

Going whaddon tomorrow and just remembered that I accidentally left the bloody thing at the petrol station

Try the petrol station !!! most petrol stations have box of them that people have left behind.

Will do in the morning mate. Just concerned that water will get in tomorrow at whaddon if I don't get one beforehand

Or try the petrol stations again - maybe one of those plastic emergency replacement caps might be of use.

put a rubber glove over it and tape, tie rap and tape again to make water proof lol

go to halfrauds or similar - they all keep emergency filler caps - as do most large petrol stations.

Thanks for the unput guys, really appreciated.

I hate those universal types as they are really difficult to pull in and out. I was going to use a rubber glove and a cable tie but the petrol station had it! Two moths later! I knew it was mine as it was muddy lol


Whaddon was good fun...just need a new wing mirror now as sort of broke it off!
