super charged ones are the same as your old ones apart from the coloured faces, leds are 2010 model lamps which require the resistors. i got the supercgarged ones on my 2005 td6, plug and play.

the discs can be changed on the next pad change, make sure and clean the hub face and disc mounting face when you change them. you dont want any crap under them causing an unevenly mounted disc.

thats a stunning looking motor you got there, one small observation though. the drilled and grooved discs are on the wrong side from your picture, the grooves should flow in the direction of rotation.

take the engine cover off and its towards the back, it does look the the same as ones fitted to td4 and rover 75 engines but i never tried or even thought about using there uprated parts to be honest. food for thought, thanks.

still the little sponge filter in there, recommended anual change. for the price its not worth risking.

checking the egr is good advise, ripping the bl00dy thing off is better advise. also make sure the breather filter system on the cam cover has been changed. a blocked one can cause smoke and eventual turbo failure.

the rear vents have a seperate fan to push the air, by the sounds of it your main fan has stopped working. take the pollen filter out and look through the hole while you have the fans turned on, quick easy check. it could even be the heater resisitor (hedge hog), they are a common failing.

if it says key code lock out on the dash turn the ignition on and walk away from it for 45 minutes, when you come back the message should have gone so you will be able to entre the eka code and away you go.

it wont improve the image any but it will let you pick up digital channels, bit expensive though considering how little the tv gets used.

you cant use the units out the 2005 on range rovers as they use a different system, you need a hybrid tuner out of a later bmw. normall go for around 400 quid though.

it a common problem, the non return valve gets clogged or the jet itself. easy little problem to sort out though, whip the top panel of the tailgate to gain access to check the valve a water flow before it.

never seen any with 265 on, most 22s are either 285 or 295. i run 22s on mine with 285/35 tyres, they fill the arch nicely in my opinion and look good. the speedo issue mensioned is not a problem as speedos are manufactured to over read, by fitting the 22s it actually brings the reading closer...

well im gonna be different from the rest here, my td6 has been remapped and on a run recently measured tank to tank returned 32 mpg. that was on cruise at 75mph on the way back from cornwall, normally round town it does 27-28 mpg. you fellas that are getting early 20s must be right foot happy...

there is a procedure for this, from memory i think its some thing like tilt the sunroof and continue to hold the button in for a further 10 seconds so the ecu knows where the end is. google sunroof reset and it should come up on several threads.

sounds like you got the usual gm gearbox failure:(, the aa bloke can tow it providing you put the fuse in to put the transfer box in neutral.

unfortunatly yes, its a gm box used by both landrover and bmw.

change the filter the first time, then leave it till the final change after all your flushing. then just change both once a year there after.

looks like you got every thing, dont sell the rest of your oil though. after a change run it for a few weeks then do it again as you only ever get about half the total amout of oil out, probably take a few changes before you mange to get it all nice and fresh. after three flushes i change mine...
