In order to get the radiator returned, is there a well accepted test that i can do as the radiator company is claiming it cant be there radiator. An obviously want it returned and tested potentially at my cost..

Is there any dimension differences in the rads?? Is the flow direction the same?? What would the change in water head being moved do to the water pump?? Is the core thickness of the V8 rad going to cause over cooling? Only issues i can think of..

Looks exactly the same, but it does not have the little piece that has to be lined up in the casing.

Losing the will with the car, managed to get it back from plymouth with the coolant temp gauge sitting central, had to slacken the expansion bottle cap off (no idea how tight it should be screwed on) to stop the system from over pressuring.. Symptoms seem to be, coolant levels are increasing...

Have a 2000 DHSE auto. Having looked through rave this evening with the thermostat next to me, i saw that there should be a bypass valve of some sort. Neither of the thermostats i have, have got this.. How much of an issue would that be or is there now a built in bypass that isnt so obvious.
