I left mine on teh drive way. Remote key stopped working so i couldnt start it up, need a new battery :mad:

I noticed that it is a wee bit tappy, I put some tappet cleaner in the engine which has to run for 500miles before i clear out the oil, However, what oil do you guys use? The car has 80K miles on it so should i look to use something a little thicker then usual?

Not too far from me then (Hertfordshire). about 40mins away, i used to go down there when i had a few modified cars. I've also just bought a freelander and want to do some stuff to it.

Sounds Great :D . I dont think my Freelander will be leaving tarmac until i have the under tray fitted later in the week anyway, If it gets here in time anyway otherwise it wont be ready until the weekend. Apparently the standard recovery points are okay as long as it is nothing too serious...

The attitude can be pretty frustrating to be honest, Not everybody wants to run a Defender or Discovery on the daily. Freelander suits me fine, But as soon as you ask for advice the standard response is just 'sell your freelander'. :rolleyes:
