Something's nagging away at me to change the PAS fluid on my 96 300 Tdi - there's nothing wrong with the system but it's probably never been done to date and it's certainly a bit black. Any recommendations on where to drain the old stuff from and are there any pitfalls to be aware of?

To be honest - no there were quite a few burrs on it and perhaps I should replace the tube. Can I ask - what is the correct technical name for the tube and I'll look around for best prices? Also, should the bearing just slide over the tube assuming it's burr free?
