I dnt have access to another trailer but my trailer is fine on a mates

Diff driveshaft seals are the same u also only need to undo 2 bolts and then you can get to them to replace

I just find it odd that it's only when the trailer is connected the brake lights dnt work unless engine running Clearly it isn't right but dnt no where to start looking to fix the fault

It's the earth on the plug no other as I bought a plug and play earth plus when engine off the rest of the lights work just not brake

just finished building my trailer and been and tested the lights all the lights work with the engine running but if engine not running the brake lights dnt work on either the trailer or the car disconnect trailer work on car again connect it then nothing any ideas

Get a multimeter and test the resistance of each sensor look between 950-1100ish If u do find a sensor faulty replace the ring while your there as there only a few £ each then u no the corner has been replaced

O rings are not hard to change undo the bolt you see and the pipes would pull apart fixed a mondeo mk3 leak with new seal also I did use a tad of sealant when rebuilding had the car a few years never leaked

found out i needed a new crank pulley today so have to start saving and get 2 new belts and 2 new tensioners while im at it
