I had the same noise......told that the whole compressor was covered in s***e and was fine afta a good clean...thought the compressor was buggered ...phew!!

Hi Ive a set of "wrap around" roof bars for my 3 door, but require the brackets that go into the lug that pops out in the plastic roof runners for the front of the bars to affix to. Can you help!? LR dont supply the fixings-only as a kit at £320 + VAT....:eek: tried several breakers but...

just spent £817 on a clutch/flywheel. YIKES! symptoms were revs increasing as clutch slipped

Mine does it from time to time...flick the pedal up and the light goes orf. LR garage tell me its a common fault of a switch or summat in pedal region.

I had exactly the same on mine-new pump fitted as they failed the MOT on it....£££££!!!!!! Damn Freelander moneypits!

Total bill £817.17 for clutch, flywheel, cylinder and labour VAT. I love my freelander......its great. Should it stay or go I wonder.....? What else could possibly break...? 1.Crap (and expensive) dealer service. Failed to complete service to specs and failed to tell me my undertray...

Another problem:mad: .....my clutch is slipping in 3,4, 5 th gear. Anyone know how much this is gonna cost cos its way outta my mechanical expertise! Some garages say it may need a new flywheel too but wont know until they take it apart.....quotes £400+ vat for clutch and £300 for flywheel.:o...
