well not had it long ,and guess wot,,the engines f:eek:ked wife went out friday ,and it came back with an injector down so i put some redex in and started it up held revs at 2grand and then it started to sound like a whacker plate :o ,i dont know the first thing about diesels so im taking it...

SORTED the guy i brought it of had done something to the turbo gate so the turbo didnt whistle [so my son in law who knows diesels told me]so he adjusted it and now the turbo whistles like a duddlebug but pulls like a train;)so new turbo next,,:welcome2::rolleyes:

could be that your temp gauge is,nt reading true ? unless its blown the top of expansion bottle my p38,s temp gauge has funnies on it good luck.;)
