been for my first motorway drive in my turbo diesel freelander[not td4]:doh:and it really struggled to do more than 75mph [i no its 70 on m/ways]:rolleyes:got back home and its got a turbo whistle:(so what speed should they do or is that it:cool:no smoke from engine so what do you think the problem is[have a go i can take it]:behindsofa::violin:
 
suprised no-one has told you to burn it yet... anyhoo, blocked air filter/fuel filter, leaking inlet hoses, old age...
 
first mistake buying it if i could afford to burn it i would i lied to the wife to get this and she,s not driven it yet
 
Your wife will divorce you now as its not a V8

a very expensive green house......well untill the doors fall off and let the heat out:rolleyes::p
 
SORTED the guy i brought it of had done something to the turbo gate so the turbo didnt whistle [so my son in law who knows diesels told me]so he adjusted it and now the turbo whistles like a duddlebug but pulls like a train;)so new turbo next,,:welcome2::rolleyes:
 
Dont listen to the Disco guys, they get it easy they dont even have to burn theirs when they have a problem, all they have to do is leave it out in the rain and watch it disintegrate!
