Hi fellas, Just to close the topic and in case anyone else is looking to change; I've just had the air-con grille frame back from the painters; It fits fine (to my non-air-con 90); a bit of persuasion required but nothing serious!! Next job is to fit the new KBX grille :) Cheers.

Ah no; It's these 2 thick moulded mats that go in to the footwells and meet in the middle by the fuse box. Apologies - realise that it would have been helpful if I'd included the photo in the first instance :confused: Cheers
