Could be CONDENSATION formimg on the bottom of the Rad & Drippin off due to Vibration .... Best thing is to dip yer finger in a drip & taste it if it tastes of "Nothing" then it IS condensation if it tastes "Sweet" then its Rad water leakin from somewhere ...

Its definatly a Battery/Alternator problem/Amperage problem....on the P38 with this type of problem it will throw a "Gearbox MAX 35MPH Fault" ... as yours is a L322 I would assume it would do something similar. Get the Amperage checked ..(NOT the battery voltage) Could also be a "BAD EARTH"...
