you will need to put the sensors back in or it wont run right , i decated both mine and put them back in and runs fine at the moment if you are on lpg you can get away without cats for the mot test but as far a i am aware thats about to change in the new year

i can only assume its because the bigger wheels have a lower profile tyre therefore less tyre wall to absorb the extra vibration from the diesel engine

update problem seems to go when the engine gets warm but on startup revs up and down ,stops etc anyway while all this was happening i had the rear light clusters removed as i was removeing the light guards ,plug the light clusters back in and all problems are gone runs as sweet as a nut -...

both my p38s have had the cats removed and fly through mot every time they dont even bother to test the emissions as they are so low all i did was cut the cats out and weld in a pipe but you need to keep the sensors in place for the engine to run properly you can then install a s/steel system...

had the battery disconnected for about 2 weeks on my 2004 4.4 as i wasnt needing to use it , as we all know the battery would only go flat after a while anyway on reconnection i found that tickover was erratic and sometimes the engine would cut out ,after a while it seemed to have righted...

have you had the front propshaft recall work done to convert the ridged prop to a flexi joint where it joins the front diff ? if not the splines will wear out and the prop joint will become lose then fail !! vibration may be a sure sign its going to fail. if you are not sure its been done...

well mine works perfect , however i cant see the point in the steering wheel adjusting its self eveytime you get in and out the car its only a matter of time for it goes wrong so for that reason alone i leave it set to to one place and only move it when i need to :)

all my vehicles get a coat of black waxoyl mixed 70/30 with hydraulic oil , the hydraulic oil really creeps into seems and hard to get places and remains totaly flexable and slightly tacky , as we all know wipe oil off a part where its been leaking and more often than not it will look like new...
