I say, EGR blank, decat, remove the middle box and get a custom remap. What I gathered from research into the remap is that the fuel map of the Td5 is crap. Now I just have that from someone I think knows what he is talking about so I wouldn't go on my word ;-) LOL

It is usually called a performance exhaust if it is without middle box or cat. Only an end box. The middle box removal is on my list too ;-)

Don't bother with K&N, rest yes. EGR didn't do nothing for my performance but it gave me a bit more MPG. Decat was worth doing. Remap is on my wish list

Did you use it in both systems and how much did you put in? They both need the same oil, if you just topped up a bit I wouldn't worry too much I personally don't like mixing oils but I know plenty of people who do and did without any problems, wrong oil is often better than no oil.

I buy my gearbox oil for my manual on ebay as well, can't get the MTF94 anywhere here.

The PAS is not your power steering? That is a separate system.

I have Dextron III in mine, no issues so far. Mine has been completely empty before I put that in though. The other fluid is hard to come by here and after the hassle I had I opted for something that I could fill up everywhere. Ironically that has not been needed after the mod to pressure fittings.

Yes somthing like that! That is the issue, previous owner removed the airbags for coils. Everything is still there. Height sensors are still working so I wonder what the issue is/was. He also went through the length of removing the ACE warning LED out of the instrument cluster so I can't wait...

Hi All, I am trying to reinstate my Air suspension which the previous owner removed. Everything it in place except one connection from the pipe to the air bag is missing. Anyone know what these are called? I seem to be only able to get a whole loom in the parts list.

Probably already know this: If it is low it surely means it is leaking? The difference between my ACE when it was not leaking was enormous. It is worth fixing before it gives trouble, make sure it is topped up, it cost me an ACE pump when my ran dry. :-)
