I've got a problem where the bottom pulley on my 19J keeps coming loose. It happened a few months ago whilst driving along the motorway and has just happened again twice in two days. Anyone have any idea why this might keep happening? I'm tempted to tighten it up and just spot weld it in place...

I'd definitely like to get a look at some, I've been trying to find something a bit more in depth for a while - there's a facebook group for the Cummins swap but they're all clearly quite experienced guys and don't tend to take too many photos.

Marmaduke, what fabric did you use? I'm really keen to do something similar, but I'm not sure what to use! What have people used on the floor? Would this stuff be hard wearing enough for that?

They're 18 watts each, there's two of them. I like the look of the ready to rock loom, great idea. If I can wire it up myself though I'd rather do that. So if it's a total of 40(ish) watts then a 5 amp fuse will be sufficient?
