you will find wen changing the transfer box into/out off low/high that you often need to jiggle the clutch and gas before the gear will select.

cant be bothered to read through 5 pages so apologies if this has already been said. but if i were you i would replace the rear crank seal on the tdi lump as well. I did a 200tdi conversion into my 90 in february, and then about a month ago it started ****ing oil out between the flywheel...

yeh im not thick or anything, christ I managed to retrofit a tdi engine pretty much by myself! Just havnt done a great deal of wiring before, and dont know all the names and such!

The problem is griff, the relay has ONE spade connection on the back to go to the spots, so how do I split this one wire into two? One end of the wire goes to the relay, the other to the little bullet connector on the first spot positive wire. At neither end can I see how to attach another wire...
