As per title, i have a 1989 110 with a 19J engine. Done some searching and couldn't the answer. I am binning the 19J for a daihatsu engine and want to make up a spigot bush for the end of the crank. I havent took my engine out yet so can someone tell me the diameter of the LT77 Gearbox spigot...

Just undo the steering damper at the end you have to fit it through the guard, push the steering damper back, fit your guard and pull it back through and do it back up. Take note of the arrangement of the rubber bushes and washers when removing the steering damper and refit them in the same...

Fitted locking system into N/s door

Sorted my door trims today. Drilled four 10mm holes and put a nut rivet in each corner and then stuck the trim on with four stainless bolts, easy, secure and easy to get off in the future.

:rolleyes: does it look sprayed or rolled to you mate? :confused:

I used about 4.5 ltrs, I thought all 2K paint had isocyanates in it. However things have changed in recent years, i'm not sure TBH.

While you lot have been up to serious work today, i just had the pleasure of fitting my 110 badge on the front panel.

I bought a piece of shiny tread plate off ebay for £3.00 delivered. The size was 200x100mm, i asked the seller to cut it in half and then when it came i drilled a few holes and then you have the cheapest bumper treads available.

Fitted rear corner chequer plate things, really stiffed up the corners and looks great too.

I bought a central locking system for £20 off e-bay bargain!:) The solenoids fit perfect into the door, no rods needed, just direct bolting between the lock and solenoid. (This 0/s door has been modified due to corrosion however.) N/s door lock solenoid postion on an unmodified door...

Tailgate now on and rear chequer plates. Central locking system next...:)
