easy to do.. get a sw rear tub, rear doors, rear floor panel, sw front seat rear panel, station wagon rear support cross member, seat tub rear support brackets n set of b pillars, rear doors and sills sw tub.... rear body support x member in situ... front seat rear panel...

did it on mine as its a soft top but much prefer series doors to be honest :) who needs wind down windows anyway ... tops off is so much better :) cheers steve

fitted the newly painted brake drums and test fitted the terrafirma 52mm adaptors.... just need the right wheels n tyres now :) then started the job I hate the most....... bodywork prep... could be a long few days sanding n sorting cheers steve

they are from a company called McGill motorsport on ebay... £18 - £24 ish per gauge with all adaptors etc... I went for the black smoked LED but they also do similar in plasma which do a full sweep start up routine... very chavvy lol... im running oil pressure, oil temp, mixture, exhaust gas...

another odds n sods day..... got round to fitting the disco front seat belt stalks in the rear of the 110..... fitted using M12 125mm 12.9's that are long enough to go clean through the brackets I made n painted yesterday and bolt correctly to the chassis... they bolt through...

half a cup of brake fluid may fix the weep for 12 months or so, if the leak is due to a worn seal the brake fluid swells them... works well a lot of the time cheers steve

definitely get the chassis number checked before u throw money at it, there is no reason to utilise a 1975 reg unless trying to hide its true identity.... its not old enough to make the id tax exempt so very strange... as stated it needs to have been built pre 1996 and you need to be able to...

I did the same as others... went to the local fastener supplier and bought boxes of m6 m8 m10 and m12 in various lengths.... upgraded every nut n bolt to BZP 12.9, only exception are the door hinge bolts that are stainless and he has a very much an old school 'for cash' pricing system...

try and find a v8 rad.... its full width with oil cooler connections... I've gone the other way and mated my 300 tdi to a v8 rad as its full width and safer... intercooler will be elsewhere cheers steve

I cut the brake bracket off the chassis n tacked it lower years ago for my 90's 2" lift..... got +6's on the new toy but the 90 was fine cheers steve

the 380 / lt77 issue fairly easy to solve if its running.... where is reverse?? top left 380 bottom right 77 no need to look at casings etc gearbox x member is also a giveaway cheers steve

seen it several times... gearbox cross member has two flat plates that are perfect traps for water, seen so many good chassis completely rotten in the area when the cross member is removed.... really crap design.... and so simple to solve... rust treat, paint, waxoyl n finally copper grease n...

don't swop the joint... all u need to do is remove it, cut off the boge 'bracket' ..... angle grind it smooth, paint n refit your original... why buy new if yours is serviceable? cheers steve

bucket seats n harnesses were great as a teen but im now at that age where im not quite ready for a flat cap, driving gloves and lace up leather steering wheel cover... however comfy range rover seats are appealing lol :) cheers steve
