Just put stay back in and its holding temp quite well to say the water pump pullys worn a hole in the pipe ( will try post a pic lol) think it was a that the stat was removed causing my problems on going as the rad had got some bent horizontal bars which may be restricting the flow enough to...

tis a 300tdi im guessing ill throw the stat back in , would that explain the heaters not warming up ?

my disco is over heating like a bitch think its the rad as i took thermostat out its not long since had a new water pump ,so god knows gonna start stripping the cooling system and giving the rad a good cleaning intercooler too , oh got shut of the v8 at last

Well that's the donor axle stripped and ready for the hubs and disks off the buggared axle :-)

Sweet planning on swapping everything across then rebuilding the other one up as a spare/ replacement with new parts including refurbishing the diff , so it will all swap apart from the mud shield (aka the stone catchers lol)
