you could allways try the small dehumidifiers you can get from the pound shop, 2 or three under the seats may help and its only the cost of a pint!

off topic a bit but Friday A Defender owner tried to go down Asterton (near the Gliding CLUB)west side of the Mynd the road was slick with ice and the fender ended up close to going off the edge:eek: The owner sat with his foot brake PRESSED to the floor whilst his wife and four dogs got out and...

So who was out in Stretton yesterday morning about 08.30 09.00 1/2 dozen landies spotted coming down the cwms(cardington -Stretton) Smelt the one running veg oil for ages after:)

While we are on the subject of tyres my freelander developed a "pull" to the right it seemed like tracking while i was waiting to get it checked at lunchtime I swopped the two front tyres left to right right to left and guess what the pull swopped to the left side. The tyres look OK plenty...

Have a look at the LPG DISCUSSION FORUM there are loads of knowlageable folks on there who will point you in the right direction, and reccomend a installer in your area I break all the rules 1.8 Freelander and LPG!!!!

The rear window freezes and wont drop, You can't open the rear door' If you pull to hard you break off the handle

And the owners manual differs from the cover card, and dosn't list all the functions of the fuses The right hand side lights fuse also controls the speedo/revcounter lights but nowhere dose it say so? go figure:confused:

I know this sounds daft but... check the fuses are correctly labled on the back of the cover, I had a problem with the side lights this week but the numbered fuses on the cover did not match up to the fuses in the car ? I had to pull out the fuses one at a time untill I found the one that was...

Hi Nodge , I think the ECU tune is the key but on a standard tune the engine felt weaker in the mid range. But its a seat of the pants feeling not scientific:) There's a corsa down our street with a "drain pipe" sticking out the back thats so flat that when he puts it in top it just go's...

The power flow I fitted to my 1.8 was also a bit loud inside the cabin but a cut down "Race Baffle" from a old bike pipe I had sorted it out It also had the added bonus of restoring the mid range as the free flowing pipe was very top endy and I think lacked back pressure
