r380 is a gearbox LT230 a transfer box... you are talking about transfer boxes and the lt230 comes in loads of ratios, my 110 200tdi pulled a disco 1.2 happily whilst running 33x12.50's, standard fender 1.4 will scream a little on the motorway.... check out ashcrofts site ... they list all...

The wings are close but don't catch on tipping as the pivot point is about as low as you can get... more luck than judgment I think lol.. yep similar catches on order that will pull tight to the bulkhead and have built in locks :) Cheers Steve

I had a nightmare on mine, I used disco pipes with the 300 engine (300 pipes have a flat disc seal on the ends not tapered) but wanted to use a full width v8 rad so rad cooler threads are different, disco pipes are 13mm .... can get compression fittings in 12mm but apparently not 13 unless you...

gotta make the intercooler brackets yet so a little more fettling..... rattle cans using plastikote, fantastic self levelling paint that drys with a really good shine in conditions that would ruin most paint jobs .... bit difficult to show but....... cheers steve

I was just as sad, bought colour coded yellow rivets for the black bits and black rivets for the yellow bits :) nothing wrong with a bit of landy OCD lol

please say that isn't 'gravelguard' that you have sprayed the bulkhead / seatbox etc with ?? looks an identical finish to my 90 when I used it and was the worst mistake ever looking very good though Cheers Steve

I've seen 3 90's on galv chassis for 5k or under in recent weeks.... nothing else really matters as its all bolt on or off, personally if its a keeper and given your budget look for a galv chassis n it will be here in 20 years time cheers steve
