how hard is your top hose getting? befor you start looking at a new engine dont you think it would be good to do some cheecks first?? just a thought..

look in the water for gold bits and when warm the top hose should be firm but not impossable to squeeze, as for airbags you can look at them for wear from under the car if in doubt change them cost is around the £250 for 4 of them. a p38 that is running sweet with few problems is hard to better...

dont your ing lights come on? as on the right as you look there should be a orange light that is your cheeck light you need this on to start the engine..

frirst thing have you got your engine cheeck light comming on when you turn it on?

if its just clicking try giving the starter motor a smack or try moving the gear leaver first to make sure its not in gear when you have been faffing about with it..

you need a bigger battery for a start, amd depnding where you park that could be a problem too, you may find everytime you have low amps it will go out of sync get your self a resync box and a new batery allso put where you are there maybe somebody close by that could help you ..

engine is fooked iron tite does not work for long if the crack in your block is growing with the overheating mine did the same thing but i got a few months out of it but the end of the day your going to need a engine ..

start it in the dark and look for blue flashers thats the easy way ..
