Which ones could cause that?? The noise seems very mechanical not like a worn suspension bush. Its a tough one and hard to describe over a forum, Il just have to have another roll around under it.......... Might find soething wrong....

My discovery seems to do this too.... Ive checked the UJ's and they seem fine, it does seem to have a fair amount of 'play' in the transfer box, my diff lock light isnt on, so im guessin its not locked in, so im at a bit of a loose end with it too. Maybe someone else has had this problem...

IMO opinion Sealed beams are rubbish and you'd have a better headlamp with a few candles or AA maglight taped in its place. Anyway........ Some help!!! You can get sealed beams with a clear circle in the reflective part of the backing of the headlamp. The headlight bulb connector...

Looking at your pictures mate........... All the parts that look 'scruffy' are steel so its easy enough to sort out. Its best to rub the rusty bits down mask up or remove the parts, prime with a red oxide and spray in satin black, this will return um to how they looked when they were new...

Mate under the dash by where the steering coloum goes are your flasher relays, check that they haven't been disturbed or the plugs fallen off. The fook's that nicked it may have fiddled with the wiring under there when playing with the ignition switch. This would be my first thing to check!!!

I have a aftermarket remote locking kit, it activates the locking and unlocking with either a negative pulse or positive to the central locking relay....... Can i use this on my 93 200tdi.... If so whuch colour wires do i need to splice into..... Thanks in advance for any replys!!! ;)

i thought vehicle wiring products did a split charge relay for less than 20 quid......... Worth a look at their website. Do a search on google.
