    All injectors came out with only the slightest "tap" to loosen em :D Well had all 6 injectors tested and 1 was "leaking back" as though it was an open tap and another one was leaking back slightly but enough to warrant overhauling Inj 5 tested OK and when I checked the dribble rail seal...

    lol Mosy likely that it is due to the "soon to be removed" EGR valve dumping exhaust gas into the inlet - long or short distances makes no real difference As for the belts there are only 2 and yes both are being replaced

    Plenty of room to poke around now :eek: The "caked-up" inlet manifold is all clean (horrible job !) and ready to go back on once I get my injectors back from being tested/checked/overhaul if needed

    Result ! ALL 6 injectors out and am now on way to get em tested I like a big sucking filter !! lol

    If the head was being removed then I would have fully decoked the head and ports etc but as I cannot safely remove the carbon with head in-situ it is best to leave it alone except the carbon I can get to with a hoover The reason for this is if I try to remove the carbon and loose fragments...

    I need help in how "it is all put back together" :eek: :eek: :eek: So far got 4 glow plugs out and ALL 4 are forked !!! (they felt very fragile) Still got 2 to more to undo or break yet :o

    I have got the ribbon to repair mine but not attempted it yet ! My list of "jobs to do" is getting a bit long now - lol Main thoughts on Pixel repair is go very carefully or better still send it away for repair.

    Didnt look if those values are shown on the Solus Ultra Will look tomorrow see if I can monitor it as it should point me to the potentialy faulty injector

    Car is taking slightly longer cranking to start and whilst reading fuel pressure on Live Data the pressure has to increase then it starts Hence my money is on a dribbler !! Definetly black (over fuel) puff of smoke on initial acceleration
