Other thread. A bit of PTFE tape seems to have sorted the drain plug. Aircon drains were dripping but dripped a lot more after I jammed a screwdriver in there. Oddly the driver's side was worse than the passenger side. I can confirm the exhaust... -

Roughness is not measured at idle so ignore those numbers. Driving at a high load and higher revs can clean things up if you always drive it like granny

Solved! Thanks a bunch. I just altered those screws a few times. It’s not 100% but it shuts normal now. I’m not going to even entertain the idea of toying with it. I’m just chuffed that it’s now fixed and my car is whole again.

Yep - they did also find a tiny seep on the compressor where the hoses connect so I’ll get some fresh o-rings at the same time. In other news I was under the car and have found a frankly hilariously sized hole in the y joint in the exhaust..
