Yep Turns out the new hose was not reinforced, so it expanded then contracted every time. This caused a small hole to get bigger and bigger until it ended in a slit about 21/2 inches long and hence the wheezy noise

Always nice when a fix goes to plan. That happened to me, once! It was about 10 years ago, the windscreen washer stopped working.. i topped up the fluid and it started working again!! 🥳

Every time I've tested... maybe on 3 different green pressure valves, they've stopped the compressor at 150psi on the dot. I'd have thought the compressor itself would have given up the ghost by 200psi! I don't know how accurate my pressure...

Not sure what the valve block seals will handle, but if it really if getting that high, check the pressure relief valve. It should blow off above 180psi.

Overhauled the EAS on mine a few times, spent a small fortune on it mechanically. Youngest P38 is 23yrs old you'd have to be a bit of a dreamer to expect it to be 100% reliable. EAS makes the P38 in my opinion, part of its character.. :p

Yes. BTW, as well as one of the connectors, it could also be a bulb failure in the cluster. There's two bulbs, & if one fails the other SRS light stays on.

Any Nanocom for P38 should read the SRS system. Only the engine ECU's require unlock codes. If you want to pop up to Langley I could take a quick look. No promises on fixes though. Most likely it's a bad connection on one of the seat...
