i think im going to count my self lucky with this one. The bumper plastic seems to be very easy to move. So with a tad of heat the bugger should go back. :D

just an update. i've removed the bumper and thank god the metal frame was not dented or rusty. It just seems to be that the plastic is lifting. So tomorrow im gonna be clamping it all down and trying my luck with heat or some type of glue. Wish me luck :D

Ah thank you that seems like it could be the culprit. I will take the bumper off tomorrow to have a little look.

Hello all So when i got my p38 The front bumper seems to have gone all wavey/warped causeing the grill not fit correctly... Any ideas on how to fix it ? (Pictures attached) Thanks.

Yea i dont see the point in updateing it. But im still gonna keep the original sat nav system just for looks :D

Well i was considering buying a more up to date disk. Because my disk has a date of 2000 and is scrached to liveing hell :rolleyes:

Its all fine now gents. turns out that the gps receiver under the wiper shroud was all dirty and corroded. So an hour of cleaning she is all back up and running;) Thanks for all your help

Yea when i punch a destination in i can hear the cd drive in the boot. So im guessing thats all working fine

I have had the car for around 1 year now and the sav nav has worked fine until now. And yes its dose display where i am on the map.

Hi all i've been having trouble with my 2002 RR sat nav where every time i input a destiantion it refuses to tell me what direction to go in even when i leave it for a good 20 mins. Sorry for the sparse description

Thanks for the help you lot. The thermal swich seems to be the culprit due to the whole EAS system working apart from the pump. But for now i've got a little swich jamed under the dash bord that goes to the fuse box so that i can still operate it. :D

So i recently replaced the EAS pump on my 2001 rr vouge. The pump never runs automatically. but i can activate it by jumping the EAS relay and i can select diffrent ride hights without a problem. If anyone has any advice please say. Thanks
