    it does... and the previous owner clearly did some modification, so the drivers door only locks with key or with the key fob... when all other doors lock randomly, it stays unlocked... thank gawd... But I will put that topic on a new thread if I...

    Just make sure your drivers door manual key works, cos there are many threads of peeps not being able to get in with it, for many reasons. J

    it's next on the list... I know that my right hand door latch is the #1 culprit. (no key) One or multiple microswitches are not working.

    Press in the lock switch, then doors shut and engine running press the down button and it will go to motorway height and stay there as long as the lock button is in. It's covered in the owners handbook which is also in RAVE if you do not have the...

    Related to EAS or not. You need to sort the locks. Have you tried the key in the door manually? if not then do it. Loads of threads on door locks for bedtime reading. J

    so for whatever reason I thought the motorway speed can't be triggered manually... let alone locked.... am I wrong? I am pretty sure I wanted and tried to do that on my California P38 and that did not work...

    Yes its possible. but the ride to your house sounds like you dont want to do that TBH, sounds a bit rough. You see the switch that looks like a flat tyre? put it in motorway and push it I think. J

    PS: just because weird issues like my tailgate switch often not working and the door locks acting possessed is an issue currently with this truck... My right side door latch microswitches are clearly on the fritz... can this issue with central...
