Increased height should not affect air use, except perhaps if the height is near the edge of the ECU default settings which might cause problems Blocks are not necessary to calibrate the suspension, a marked up measuring stick is quicker and...

okay. that makes sense. on another note... I don't have the calibration blocks (yet!) but it seems that maybe a previous owner "lifted" the truck a bit by recalibrating slightly higher. Saying this because visually the truck looks higher than I...

Depends on the problem, a small area of worn track can cause unnecessary height adjustments leading to the compressor running when not needed.

I do not think that the terrain should affect things that much, the EAS does not respond to short transient changes on any corner only to a change that is sustained, for how long I do not know. I think you need to check the function of the...

I will say I am impressed with the overall condition for such an old car , its the only major rust I've found. Excluding the rear wheel arch where it meets the liner has started bubbling. Apart from that its solid.

Probe it first and see if the signal looks correct, before ordering. IIRC, you are looking for something like 1-5v at cranking, but you’d need to check that. Mine was about 0.03!

I had starting issues on my F1, especially when the engine was warm. It would ā€˜crank’ but not ā€˜fire’ for prolonged periods. I bought a cheap cam sensor and it solved the issue. The ā€˜cheap’ sensor failed after about 6 months, so I then bought a...
