2001 RANGE ROVER 2.5 dHSE This is up for £8000 and the guy says he won't take anything less. It has 91k on the clock and is spotless inside and out with full LR service history. Is it overpriced??? How much should I be offering? Your thoughts please!!!

what's wrong with spigot rings? If I wanted to take off the 20 inch wheels and replace with 18 inchers from ebay that wouldn't be a problem would it?
