I attended my local meet last night, only a few miles from home. Some other owners had travelled an hour or more to attend. It was a nice relaxed meet up with a variety of land rovers.
I suspect the ECM is in limp mode because it doesn't see there is fuel in the tank. This is done to protect the high pressure pump.
The issue is likely to be in the tank pump/sender assembly, which are known to give issues.

That’s blown the hub seals.
Check your breather pipe on the axle to see if it’s blocked . Check the bolt itself as well.
I know you say you checked them,can you blow through the pipe?
