They are bloody heavy I know that!
I would remove the whole cassette, easy enough but, again, very heavy. I've read of people using a ratchet strap through the doors and over the roof but I had 2 pairs of hands on the job. If you remove it there...
I went through 2 packs of "new" batteries before the "low fob battery" went away on the L322. they dont seem to store well. Or are no good when packed, No i did not leave the little sticky protective disc on the battery terminal before anyone...
As long as your EKA works, cos you can’t re sync in the lock/ignition.

Some places have a shaker type thing that sits on a normal 4 post lift. Watched one being used once to try and find a knock. Car is shook and the fitter feels about until his touch finds the noise.
Yesterday i took my 1999 P38 for MOT at 2.45 pm and by 3.30 i drove it out with a pass. Not bad seeing it hasnt been on the road for 5 years but before it went in i had to replace 5 bulbs but that was all
today i taxed it.
Does the handbrake work ,could be something in the drum, shoes down to the metal n rubbing ....always thinking outside the box  Outside the box get it .....no........ I will get me coat ...
The BEEP number BEEP of BEEP beeps will BEEP tell you how many BEEPing faults you have.
If i recall 2 bulbs for the LCD backlight and the other warning lights are individual bulbs
Not just the L322. I would go as far as to say: The P38 is different... to every other car!
Man that is a complicated arrangement!
@Flossie - Stand really still and don't do ANYTHING until you have a new battery! :)
