Hi mike, thanks yeah your right one wire has snapped but does this make the window unmovable? I need to drop it down an inch as its above the trim and it just won't budge

Hi I have an 02 freelander that my mrs recently bought, and the tailgate window seemed fine, now though it has completely seized. You can hear the regulator click but that is all, is there any way of freeing it? thankyou
