My experience is working original stat when up to temp is halfway, so vertical. Stat stuck open is about 1/4. Stat mod puts it back to 1/2.

LP fuel pressure is dropping low. 276 is too low. Would.expect 320 minimum. Not sure what pressure it cuts the HP pump to protect it but LP fuel pump would be my next replacement. Get a good make. PIERBURG if you can get one.

You need to check fuel pressure around the time the fault occurs. Exact is not essential !! Get low and high-pressure fuel pressure and inlet manifold pressure.

The data you give looks as if it is just idling. You need fuel pressure readings when the fault happens at high throttle settings.
