I agree. I have heard that story so often that I just ignore it. The last time we did have good snow was the one time they didn't forecast it...go figure

I can set my cruse control on the wheel. Right there on the bottom right of the wheel. The master switch is a bit far away, but since I don't use it, no problems.

nope, but my CBR Fireblade did

press the alarm button twice and it started. try to move it and it turned off and alarm sounded.
