Hi All.

New to the forum, looking for guidance on buying a Disco II commercial that I rekon would make the perfect support vehicle for the race car.

I race a Lotus Elise in the Scottish Sprint and Hillclimb Championships and need a good tow car to haul the Elise back and fro. The Elise has been a little unreliable recently and I can no longer risk driving it to events, as it might not make it back again.

I have trawled through the threads looking for info on possibly converting a normal Disco to commercial spec. I.E. fitting a bulkhead and floor. Also not sure about spring rates between std disco's and the commercial varient.

Any advice would be much appreciated.
