Hello All,
New to this Landrover game, Always been into classic minis and MCC Reliability trials in cars that arnt really designed to go off road, but always liked landy's, well real ones anyway not Gaylanders! wanted something that actually worked well off road! been talked into buying a Disco by my boss, you might well know him as "Dorset Vogue SE" or the one that breaks things alot!! Lol!.
Disco has no MOT and the idea orinally was to buy it and break it up, its a 300TDI Auto, but when we looked at it the other friday it didnt look to bad so will be putting straight in for an MOT and will see what happens, with any luck it wont be to much work to sort it out. If all goes to plan were be playing in the mud with some of guys in the near future. The only problem is Ive booked it for an MOT on Friday the 13th! D'oh! Not so sure that was such a good plan???? :doh:
 
the normal method of saying hi is :welcome: - but in this case my condolensces if you know DV I suggest you :bolt: as soon as poss.

still - hope u got a thick skin

Welcome to landyzone. With a bit of luck we should meet up on a S*L*U*T*S run one day.:)

Just make sure that you stay in front of Dorset Vogue rather than behind him when laning. He tends to leave craters in his midst.:D:D:D
 
Thanks very much for the :welcome2:'s! Cant eaxtcly run from DV as I work directly for him! :doh: And working for him you gota have a good set of thick Skin so no worries there!

I'll have think about some stories and let you know in due course... Of course dont mention RR Fan belts and a big AA truck ride home from work last week......... ;)
