As far as I know they are plated as a commercial vehicle so you can't over load it and claim you didn't realise!!
It's definitely a case of less is more with the commercial Freelander.
yes they are classed as vans as i used to have mine in work
mine was x reg, 1.8, 56k and i traded it against my new pickup and got a grand... and i abused it a bit lol
