my defender 90 windscreen wipers go slow when on fast speed. any ideas motor or switch . thanks

Mine do that and i figured the motor must have been giving up the ghost some time ago so the then owner just swapped over the fast and the slow leads on the motor. Just changed my park switch and it is still the same. Sometimes now it does nothing on fast mode.

Take the linkage off the motor. Rotate the motor a little bit and re-fit. You will have to do this several times to get both the speed and final park position right.

park switch. mine did the same. they still do now if its not reeally wet.

Just changed my park switch but it made no difference whatsoever to this problem!
