The windscreen companies do know what the screen is in your vehicle as soon as you phone em, without you telling em, so I dought you would be able to blag a leccy one if it didn't have one as standard..... Unless you could convince them that you fitted one yesen I suppose.

In my LR parts book there are two non-heated and five heated screens shown, so make sure you get the correct one although i susppect the only difference is the black edging and the mirror mounting as they all have a green tint.

I've got the same problem, my Disco blows warm air with 2 miles of driving and hot air within 3 miles of driving, but that doesn't help defrosting BEFORE you start driving.

I removed my viscous fan and it still doesn't warm up while sat idling, having said that the longest I've left it running from cold before driving off is 5 minutes since I took the fan off
