Unsuprisingly, pretty much all of the paint has flaked off my windscreen brackets. I was toying with repainting them, but guess it will just happen again.

Does anyone make a cover for them?? I have looked everywhere I can think of and am really suprised that no such thing exists being such a common issue unless I am missing something obvious...

I've just bought new ones and had them sprayed. They aren't expensive to buy new.

I dont think any sort of cover would stop something like that aging, if anything keep the moisture in. Its like making a cover for the rear crossmember. Spend the time on the prep, paint properly and you can spend your time on the other up and coming issues until they need doing again.

Good advice, just seems incredible that there is not a better option to replace them with knowing the same thing is going to happen!!

Do them properly and you wont have to worry about them for years.
