Dog hair doesnt jam a window, it deteriorates the cables! check for a snapped cable.

Mine was full and when i removed it to empty it the dash fell out

Passenger side cable broke on mine but thats the only problem ive had in 13years with windows

click the centre metal stubber off, then they are great for keeping your coins in - thats all I have to say about that :lol:
