Anyone seen any simple mount one might put a little 3,000 lb-er on
(front), instead of the Calmini whole $$ winch bumper?

Yeah, wount it at the back on your Towbar, ever wondered how easy it is to
winch yourself out backwards? After all thats the way you drove in to the
hole! If you are going to do this the only thing that you need is some
bigass wire as for such a long run from the battery theres a whole heap of
voltdrop!

BT/DT long ago w/a Cherokee - the little Tracker/Sidekick can't take a
Class 3 size receiver (req'd), so even this undesireable & bulky
option is not practical. As for rear-winching, ever try to pull up a
hill bassackwards? Also realize I really need a 6,000 lb for this &
can forget the 3,000 - but only have found the ARB bullbar/mount,
which only fits pre-'96. I cannot believe there aren't mounts & bars
out there for all the '96-'98's on the planet?
