They both look pretty good mate, it depends on ur budget and what you are looking for. At the price point of the more expensive one you could get pressbrake or someone similar to make one for you that will be a known quantity
 
personally the cheaper one but thats because i prefer how it looks. Apart from that i cannot comment on how it would work etc! it would just look COOL!

You cant argue with that especially with someone with a rep such as pressbrakes...

I will say I got to agree with the tubular bit, if its chassis height go with a standard bumper style like this, in my opinion they look better:
