Done a search just want to clarify something

Iv got amazon techno mud tyres 235 70 16 all round my disco. Will it pass mot with these on as alot of info is if they are same size they will pass so 4t id better check
Any info would help thanks

Mot not till thursday so can stick the old rims back on with road tyres on

Not too sure what your realy asking. Size doesn't matter on mots as long as the tyres are under the arches/all the same size and all have legal tread depth. Unless your tyre say not for road use on them you should be fine.

They do say off road on them so probably best to change them later when i get home

they are road legal its 80% off road and 20% on road. I had the insa turbo version of them. Car pasted its mot with them on. Didn't like gripping tarmac to much thou

I got confused,you should be fine.I doubt the tester would even check

Just how bad are these MT's on road? I have Goodyear Wranglers on mine at the mo which behave well on the road, but it is clear that for more serious off road I will need MT's. The Insa range seem cheap and cheerful. Will they drive me spare on road and so should get another set of rims to put the MT's om?

Dont no bout insa bein cheap but they are good tyrws apparently. I have the amazon techno n they are brilliant off road and brilliant on road they do give of a noise but nothing unbearable
