they are turning , I tried them before I reinstalled them , and, you can hear them loud and clear , it´s a bit strange ,I can hear the blowers run on full blow , but no air and heat comin thru´the vents.

You could be right mate. TBH a long time ago I had the motors out to change the pots and some cogs that had stripped and had a devil of a time to very carefully align on refit (new pots turned slightly differently from stock). Would have been a blessing if I'd known "closed" was at one end of travel!

All you need to do is find centre of pot sweep and mark it on the pot gear. Line the new mark up with mark on main gear in neutral position. Simples.
