Assume its knackered but surprised as it offers inspections and has been fully serviced. Assume this has had the fuel in the oil issue ?
Maybe someone is just scared the crank is about to snap. Or maybe it was a cheap trade in so the selling garage doesn't need to make too much on it.
 
Cheap cus it's not worth much, none of the D3/D4s are really. At thier age now any one of them you buy could be about to drop a 4 figure repair bill in your lap without warning, no matter how well it's been maintained. Or worse it could write it's self off in an instant. Combine this with the fact that in the next few years emmision zones are going to expand, they're just not worth it for a lot of people. Then there's tax and fuel costs etc.
