Inside is the most important. I don't use the stuff on the outside, I scrape down the chassis and paint with red oxide and enamel.

If you think there will be a lot of mud and crap inside your chassis, try and wash it out first with a pressure washer or a hose. Then let it dry as best you can, a drive around on a hot day will help. Then blast in loads of Dinitrol through all the holes, you can drill a few extra holes in the top or sides of the chassis if needed, and you can get little plastic plugs to seal the holes after :)

not the best time of year to do this - summer is better.

How much did you use for the inside? Found a decent sprayer by Clark at machine mart and looking at the dinitrol now, fairly expensive for a liter on eBay

I usually do mine in July/ Aug, and hot and dry as I can get, I do the inside about every three years, maybe a waste, but it does seem to have worked, original chassis has never been welded forward of the rear axle.

That is an ideal situation though, and I would think it would be better to get something on before the winter if in doubt. The better of the pro setups have bake ovens and fans to simulate summer conditions

Try the dinitrol website, check all the different sizes, they sometimes have specials.

I put a couple of litres into each chassis rail, I think, cant really remember, it was August 2012 when I last did it, I also sprayed inside the outriggers separately, and into the upper cross member, it is full of holes too. Maybe another couple of litres on those.

Right il have a good look about, bound to be on offer somewhere!

I doubt if it will be very cheap, but you might get a few quid off. It is money well spent if you do a through job, new chassis are now £1200 and upwards. And quite a lot of work to fit.

do mine every year, Waxoyl and a bit of oil, i found dinatrol goes a bit hard, changed the oil in a digger the other week, fired a litre of oil into the chassis either side, this job is best done in the summer when car is warm and dry, but anytime is better than non!
