Hi,
I'm thinking about gettinga set of boost alloys for my 1994 defender 110 county to replace the original steel wheels. What wheel nuts do I need to buy to go with them? Can anyone help?

Thanks,

Cliff

Ones fur alloys - do not use ones designed fur steel wheels - they will ruin yo alloys.

steel ones have a conical lead to line up with the steels.

ones for use with alloys are usual flat ended, with a built-in washer

Some alloy wheels have steel inserts and use the standard wheel nuts. Others have a spinning spacer on the nut/stud. If you use standard nuts on wheels without an insert the nuts will cut through your alloy and it will fall off! As the seller isn't going to need them, make sure you get the original nuts

You also might need longer wheel studs. The longer ones have a slot cut into the end of them, according to the nice man from Paddocks I spoke to about this last week.
