its probably been asked too many times but im replacing the springs and shocks on my 110 as there getting pretty saggy, I have decided to go with monroe gas shocks but not sure on what springs to go for, I dont want a lift and it will have a winch, winch bumper and roll cage (there the main heavy bits so what springs do people recommended and how much are they? I dont want to spend a stupid amount hence not going for Old Man Emu shocks at £100 each

Have a look at Flatdog's springs. They do normal, hd1 and hd2 springs. Have heard good things.

its certainly true you wont notice youve got monroes fitted ,there just stiffer springs not concrete id be surprised it you didnt like them

Agreed. I've been driving around on mine for a couple of weeks and can't fault them. The ride is harder than standard, but not uncomfortably so.

+1 on the BP yellow springs.

I've got them on my 110 hi-cap, and had them on the Disco before that.
Yes, the ride is slightly stiffer, but not so bad. they're great when you've got a heavy load on, or towing a trailer.
