which obi 2 ( pref a cheap one) will work on a 1999 discovery 2
anyone any experience ?

non if it's Td5 and some if it's V8(but only for engine management), partial coverage you can get from some multivehicle readers but not much.... if you want something for all the systems you need hawkeye, nanocom or lynx

X 2 on that, we have a cheapy ELM427 reader, but they are all limited by the software which is a rip-off of someone's legit code.

We have a Hawkeye as well, and with three Landies in the family it's worth spending the money.
